The `!Seed Studio Wio-SX1262`! is a LoRa module based around the SX1262 LoRa transceiver chip. It is typically connected to either the `F0af`_`[XIAO ESP32-S3`:/page/wiki.mu`path=XIAO_ESP32-S3]`_`f or the `F0af`_`[XIAO nRF52840`:/page/wiki.mu`path=XIAO_nRF52840]`_`f microcontroller board, as they are sold in kits.

It is important to note that while the module carrier board that comes in each kit both have the same number of pins, they are not pin compatible; the module carrier board from the XIAO ESP32-S3 kit cannot be connected to XIAO nRF52840, and vice versa.

>>Models

There are two models of the Wio-SX1262. The base model operates on frequencies between 862 and 930 MHz, while the Wio-SX1262-LF operates on the lower-frequency 470 MHz band. It also operates on the 433 MHz band at a decreased transmit power of 10 dBm (10 mW). This lower-frequency model is not available as a kit.
